Ahoy Captain Cats here and today I’m going to review the second Nickelodeon special on Netflix, and that would be Invader Zim: Enter The Florpus.

This special is served as a continuation of the original series and takes place sometime after the series ended back in 2006. We see that nothing has changed since the last time we saw Zim, Dib, Gaz, GIR, the Tallest, and Professor Membrane. The only thing that has changed is that Zim found out the truth of why he was sent to Earth and that Dib wants his dad to believe him and to be proud of him.

We see the outcome in the result of Zim sending the Earth to the Irken Armada, just so Zim can prove to the Tallest he is the best invader they have, which is sad. Dib, on the other hand, with the help of Gaz, save their dad from space prison, save the Earth and get to hear that his dad loves him no matter what.

This was a great special, while some of the artwork and animation tends to feel odd from time to time, the bizarre yet funny storyline, the original cast coming back to reprise their roles. Fans of the original series will love this and enjoy it for what it is, while new fans of the series will see what hade this series so special.
