Well, truth be told I’m not surprised about both of them getting axed. News broke about Batwoman getting canceled over the weekend as the CW announced that the series was done just after three seasons. The series had its ups and downs from the start, with Ruby Rose who played Kate Kane in the first season leaving the series after season one and came in Javicia Leslie who played Ryan Wilder replacing Kane as Batwoman.

Soon after that, it was reported that CW also canceled DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow. After seven seasons and a cliffhanger ending, the CW also can this series. While this series had it’s up and down as well, it was loved by critics. Sady, it can’t be said about the viewers of the series as each season saw a decline to the point that seasons 6 and 7 had viewership under half a million.

It’s sad to see series get canned, but sometimes it’s for the best and in this case, it’s a mixed bag here. The ones who are the real loser here are DC Comics and Warner Bros.
