Doom Patrol Renewed While The Walking Dead Says Goodbye

Ahoy Captain Cats here and today we have good and bad news for two fan-favorite series.

First is the good news, DC Universe’s Doom Patrol has been renewed for a third season, but not on DC Universe but on HBO Max exclusively. First premiering back in February 2019, the series is based on the DC Comic series of the same name became an overnight success, and became the best new show of 2019. The third season of Doom Patrol will premiere sometime in 2021.

The bad news is for fans of AMC The Walking Dead. According to Variety, the AMC has renewed the series for an 11 and final season and will have 24 episodes and a spinoff series around fan favorites Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier. The final season doesn’t have any premiere date yet.
