Hidden Gem: Lucie,Too and their Brand New Wave short session

On July 25, Lucie,Too released their video “Brand New Wave short session” on YouTube via Thistime Records.

Shot on location at Utsunomiya HELLO DOLLY, Lucie,Too performed their single “Humming” with temporary bassist Kanatama from DIALUCK; this video is Kanatama’s departure from the band as she joined in March after original bassist Kanako withdrew from Lucie,Too last year.

A short but wonderful video, Lucie,Too did not disappoint. After finishing “Humming,” the band played a brand new song! I was very fortunate to join in the live chat thirty minutes before the live premiere on YouTube; the band interacted with the fans. I even got a response from the band from one of my questions! I am hooked with Lucie,Too’s music. Only time will tell if they decide to go on tour outside Japan. And if they decide to tour in the US, I will make it a mission to go to one of their concerts.
