Ahoy Captain Cats here an today we have a round of cartoon news round up so let’s go!

Netflix has a new animated series coming in 2021 and that series is DeadEndia. This new series is based on a graphic novel series that is created by Hamish Steele and is published by Nobrow Press. The series is about Barney and Norma, two humans who ended finding out the secrets of an amusement park haunted house named Dead End. They are joined by a possessed pug name Pugsley and Courtney a guardian of the 13 Planes of Existence. The series is being done by studio Blink and will be on Netflix sometime in 2021.

Clone High, one of the most underrated series from the 2000s is back. According to Animation Magazine the series original creators Phil Lord, Christopher Miller and Bill Lawrence are back to work with MTV Studios to reboot the series about a super-secret program which they clone very famous historic figures and put them in high school. If you haven’t seen this series go give it a chance and you’ll see why this series is hugely underrated.

Comedy Central made a huge announcement that they will be bringing Beavis and Butt-Head to their channel with Mike Judge on board. According to a press release, Mike Judge will be writing, producing, and providing the voice of both Beavis and Butt-Head. In this reboot we see the boys being introduced to the Gen Z world. Comedy Central has ordered two seasons of the reboot series and Mike Judge has this to say about bringing the boys back:

“It seemed like the time was right to get stupid again” – Mike Judge

Lately, we are a few weeks away from Comic-Con@Home and we find out that FXX will bring Archer to the event. Aisha Tyler, Chris Parnell, Judy Greer, Amber Nash, and Lucky Yates with executive producer Casey Willis will be on the online panel. If you haven’t been to any of the series previous panels at Comic-Con you are in for a treat.
