Ahoy Captain Cats here and yes as of last Friday the 2020 convention season has officially ended with the cancellation of the San Diego Comic-Con International.

The news broke with this opening statement:

“For the first time in its 50-year history San Diego Comic Convention (SDCC), the organizers behind the annual pop culture celebration, announced today with deep regret that there will be no Comic-Con in 2020. The event will instead return to the San Diego Convention Center from July 22-25, 2021” – San Diego Comic-Con International

With what is going on with the Corona Virus and the Governor of California introducing certain steps to make sure the state and its people are staying safe and doing everything they can to lessen the chances for the virus to spread threw-out, SDCCI made the right call.
