SXSW Cancels Due to Corona Virus

Ahoy Captain Cats here and today one of the biggest events of its kind just became another victim to the Corona Virus and this event was South by South West.

South by South West or SXSW for short, is a conference and festival that is held annually in Austin, Texas since 1987. In a statement by SXSW which you can read here that the City of Austin has canceled the event due to the Corona Virus and are looking into rescheduling the event and maybe even a virtual SXSW experience.

SXSW joins a long list of events that have been either postponed or canceled due to the Corona Virus, hopefully, if they can reschedule the event for later this year or have the virtual experience, maybe fans of the event will continue to support this wonderful event.
