Bojack Horseman will end this week and I thought this would be a good time to reflex on the characters that made this series one of the best shows in the past decade with songs that sums them all up in a nutshell.

BoJack Horseman: “Tomorrow Is a Long Time” by Bob Dylan – This song sums up what BoJack wants in life, but can never really get it, no matter how hard he tries and that is happiness. We see him struggle from the start to the end to find it, while he did had some moments of happiness, it was just a moment no more no less.

Princess Carolyn: “Another Day” by Paul McCartney – This song is Princess Carolyn. From season one till now all she does is work and work. Now that she is a single mother she still needs to work and she should be happy, but it looks like she’s not.

Diane Nguyen: “One Too Many Mornings” by Bob Dylan – Dylan is back again with a song that fits with Diane. Longing for that someone who gets her, a meaningful career, feeling loved and not needing to take your pills due to the side effects. She believed she had it with Mr. Peanut Butter, but once that was over, she doesn’t know where to go next.

Mr. Peanut Butter: “Little Magic Glasses” by Johnny Cash – Johnny did a number with this song because its wonderful and heartbreaking at the same time. Peanut Butter is one character that almost everything is given to him and has no idea what to do with it. Even if he had said glasses, he would have no idea what to do with them.

Todd Chavez: “This Must Be The Place” by The Talking Heads – A love song that was made up, not a lot of people will get it but end up loving it, that’s Todd for you. No matter what happened to him in the series you can’t help but love him for who he is.

Sarah Lynn: “Miss World” by Hole – This song sum up about Sarah Lynn.

BoJack Family: “Love Will Tear Us Apart” by Joy Division – Nuff said because we saw what happen.

Addiction: “Jane Said ” by Jane’s Addiction – Almost everyone in this series had one form of addiction. Drinking, smoking, drugs, the list goes on and on and this song shows how one life can be affected by it.

There you go, hope this help and the remember the second half of the last season of BoJack Horseman is on this Friday and we will have a review on it next week.
