Microsoft X019 News
Microsoft held it’s X019 in London and had a lot of announcements such as new games such as West of Dead, Everwild, Grounded, Tell Me Why, which is the first time in video game history the main character is transgender. Not only that but Microsoft also made other announcements for the Project xCloud with adding 50 new games to the service and it will be available on Windows 10 run PCs in 2020 and 50 more games are coming to Xbox Game Pass.

Bad News for Google Stadia
With days away from Google Stadia to be released, it looks like it is not going to keep its promises they made to those that have per-order. According to Business Insider that Google is missing a lot of features that they promise will be ready by launch and with only 12 games and out of the 12, only 1 is a brand new game. All of this is bad news for Google, who is trying to get into the console market for the first time and this is not the way to go.

adglobe open shop in Canada
It looks like Japanese video game company studio adglobe Inc is going to open a new office in Canada. According to CTV News Montreal that the new office will help adglobe with many of its upcoming projects. Hiroyuki Kobayashi, president, and CEO of adglobe had this to say about the new office:

“We are always on the lookout for the best talent for our nine studios and are pleased to now have access to Quebec’s pool of talent. Our productions have a strong Japanese art style and we offer a unique opportunity for Montreal’s specialists to develop targeted expertise.” – Hiroyuki Kobayashi, president, and CEO of adglobe

Golden Joystick Awards Winners
