Ahoy Me Mateys Captain Cats here! Yesterday we had not one, but two movie news that made some buzz.

First off Bruce Willis is reprising his role as John McClane in the sixth ‘Die Hard’ movie titled ‘McClane.’ According to EW Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura wanted Bruce to come back and be involved more than even in this movie. Di Bonaventura also stated that :

“I don’t know how you do Die Hard without Bruce. The idea that he’s not very significant in this movie is not accurate at all. We are gonna explore John McClane in his 20’s, but just as prominent is the 60-year-old version” -Lorenzo di Bonaventura

Let us hope it is not released in the holiday season.

In other news, reported by The Hollywood Reporter ‘Police Academy’ might be coming back. The last time the franchise was in the cinema was in 1994 with Police Academy: Mission to Moscow. Steve Guttenberg, who played Officer Carey Mahoney in the franchise tweeted this :

“The next Police Academy is coming, no details yet, but it is in a gift bag being readied!” – Steve Guttenberg

All I ask is that the next Police Academy movie goes back to its roots like the first film, which was rated R and was an adult comedy. Let us just wait and see if it does happen.

So what do you think of both news? Which one are you more excited for? Let us know!
