The Me You Love In The Dark Issue 2 Review

Ahoy Captain Cats here and today we are going to look at the second issue of The Me You Love In The Dark and see if it continues where the first issue left off.

We see that Rowena talking with a mysterious figure who stays in the shadows and they begin to talk and get to somewhat know each other a bit more. The whole issue is mostly them talking back and forth and while it does move the story in an interesting direction, it was a bit slow. The artwork is beautiful here, each page and setting is done very well here and we somewhat see who is the mysterious figure and what a sight.

This issue in the end is still a good issue to read. The slow burn talking between both characters was alright and the artwork was spot on all around. Issue 3 will be out in October so maybe by then things will pick up and see where it goes from here.
