Everything We Know About The South Park Deal

Ahoy Captain Cats here and today we are going to look at what we know so far about the new South Park deal that happened over the weekend.

According to the official press release the show will be on the air still on Comedy Central till 2027, which will mark the series 30th season. Not only that but here is some more information about the new deal:

• There will be 14 original made-for-streaming movies for Paramount Plus with two coming out this year.
• The series will still be Comedy Central
• The new deal with ViacomCBS Inc. is worth over $900 million, making it one of the richest deals in TV history

South Park was launched on August 13, 1997, on Comedy Central and since then with 23 seasons under its belt, they have won Emmys, an Annie Award, Online Film & Television Association Awards, and a Peabody award.
