Ahoy Captain Cats here and today some news just broke out over the weekend with IDW announcing the release of Jud Meyers.
Jud Meyers was hired by IDW to be the company’s new publisher back on July 22 of this year, but soon after the announcement he was placed on administrative leave and 16 days later after the announcement, IDW released the following statement:
“IDW Publishing has parted ways with Jud Meyers and would like to thank everyone for their discretion.” – IDW
In case your wondering who is going to fill the empty seat, IDW CEO Ezra Rosensaft stated in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that Jerry Bennington, IDW President will be the interim publisher for the time being.
We don’t know what is going on over there at IDW but maybe later down the road we might get some answers on why all of this happen.
