Last week, Hulu released the secret film that Dan Trachtenberg was working on soon after his 2022 hit film, “Prey,” and that film is “Predator: Killer of Killers.”

The film tells three stories across three different locations and years: the first story is set in Scandinavia in 841, the next in 1609 Japan, and lastly in 1942 in the Atlantic Ocean during WWII. Each story had its protagonist, each with their personalities and flaws and that is where I give this film a huge thumbs up. I was not expecting this at all and somehow Dan Trachtenberg made it work so well. In the last part of the film we were introduced to the leader of the Predators in an arena and it was a fight to the death. The ending was fine with a few easter eggs for fans of the series to see and look for as well.

This was a great film and is a wonderful entry to the franchise. I think Trachtenberg is doing something great with the franchise and with Predator: Badlands being released later this year now is a good time to watch both Prey and Killer of Killers.

Predator: Killer of Killers and Prey are both on Hulu to watch now.
