Max’s Velma Canceled

Well, it only took two very horrible seasons and a Halloween special for Max to finally can Velma, and I wouldn’t be surprised if anyone would care if this series was canceled. The latest take on the Mystery Inc. gang has had nothing but controversy since season one, as the series was meant to be an origin story about how the gang was before they became the group we all know and love. The center of all of this is Velma Dinkley, who was voiced by Mindy Kaling, as she tries to find out what happened to her mother who has disappeared, and at the same time solve murder mysteries.

The series was one big hot mess, and I have no idea why it was given a second season, but I’m glad someone at Max had to wake up and see their mistake. Will this series be missed, not by a long shot, but at least this nightmare is over.
