Kinnikuman Makes A Comeback

It’s been almost 45 years since Kinnikuman was introduced to the world via manga and it’s been 40 years since its original anime series was aired, but that will change soon.

This past week it was announced via the official Kinnikuman Twitter page that Kinnikuman man is getting a new anime series to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the original tv series run which ran from 1983 to 1986 with a total of 137 episodes. The series follows a comical superhero name Kinnikuman who is the missing prince of the planet Kinniku and he must prove himself worthy to be on the throne. To prove he is worthy, he must battle many foes and allies in the most competitive way possible, in wrestling matches.

There is no word yet on when the new series will be released but once we get more information we will let you know.
