Underground: Lucie,Too’s Fool

Lucie,Too released their new album Fool last month. This happens to be the band’s first proper album since “Lucky” is their mini-album. Clocking in at almost 24 minutes, Fool has eleven tracks, including the title song, “Shiwa no tane” and “Humming.”

As a whole, this album is pretty cool. It reminds me of the mid-to-late 90s and their musicianship has expanded. Lucie,Too has done a good job exploring alternative rock and passing some limits. This is a great album when one takes a little drive around town or when you want to clean your musical palate.

You can hear the whole album on YouTube channel here and hear for yourself. I would prefer to get a physical copy but either I have to get a CD player or get mad because a vinyl version is sold out, just like when I wanted to get the LP version of “Lucky” and lost completely.
