Ahoy Captain Cats here and today we are looking at the newest series from Pendleton Ward, the creator of Adventure Time and his new series is called The Midnight Gospel.
The Midnight Gospel is a new eight-episode cartoon series exclusively to Netflix which is co-created by Pendleton Ward and actor/comedian Duncan Trussell of the Duncan Russell Family Hour. The series looks like a mix of Adventure Time meets Rick and Morty for adults. The series is being animated by Titmouse, the animation studio that works on the likes of The Venture Brothers, Moonbeam City, Hanazuki: Full of Treasure, Black Dynamite, Big Mouth and Maomao Heroes of Pure Heart.
The Midnight Gospel will be on Netflix on April 20 of this year and we’ll let you what we think of it once it’s out.
