Ahoy Captain Cats here and today we are going to look at a mini-series that will not only educate you in terms of food but also the culture that is behind this beautiful and delicious food and that series is The Taco Chronicles. The Taco Chronicles is a mini 6 episode series that focuses on six traditional tacos that have a fascinating and rich history, and these tacos are:

• Pastor
• Carnitas
• Canasta
• Asada
• Barbacoa
• Guisado

Each episode will give you its undying attention to both the taco and you. You will learn how each taco and the work it goes into getting each taco just right, no more no less. The only bad thing I would have to say about this series is in Spanish. But I think it gives it more character and gives the viewer a more appreciation to both the food and the cultures where each taco comes from.
