Magical Girl Magical Destroyers Series Premiere Review

The anime Spring season has some great animes that are going to have lots of fans and artists falling in love with them and like every season there will be an anime series that will fall in the cracks and be a hidden gem and this season it’s Magical Girl Magical Destroyers.

Magical Girl Magical Destroyers is an original anime that is created by Jun Inagawa and animated by Bibury Animation Studios and they did a hell of a job with the animation on this series. The animation looks as if this was made in the mid to late 2010 Sudio Trigger vibes and it works in the series’ favor. The series takes place in 2011 and a group called the SSC is trying to kill off Japanese pop culture it’s up to the main hero name Otaku Hero and his army the Akihabara Anarchy to fight for the rights of Japanese pop culture. Otaku Hero also has on his side three magical girls in Anarchy, Blue and Pink who fight along their side to win this war and each magical girl has their own goal as well.

With just 2 episodes this series has everything going for it and it reminds me of last year’s hidden gem no one talked about and that series was Akiba Maid War. Do yourself a huge favor and watch this series!
