Sad news to report today that Studio Giants has started its bankruptcy proceedings. The story was first reported by JC net that the company has ended all production in August of 2021 and filed for bankruptcy on February 2 at the Tokyo District Court and was granted on the 14 of the same month.
Studio Giants was founded in 1979 and as of September 1 of last year, Studio Elephant became the new company that came out of the ashes of Studio Giants.
It’s sad to see this happen but it is what it is and hope Studio Elephant has a great start.
