Ahoy captain cats here and today some sad news to report.

According to The Hollywood Reporter that Warner Media has informed its staff of 25,000 workers that they will layoff about 5 to 7 percent of its workers.  In case you are wondering they are not going to focus on one part, say for example HBO MAX is under the Warner Media banner. This will happen all across its other streaming services such as TNT, TBS, TruTV, CNN, HBO MAX, Crunchyroll, Otter Media, Cartoon Network, and VRV.

While they are saying that they are doing a streaming restructure, it still brings up questions in terms of how will this affect the sale of Crunchyroll to Sony, and will this also affect the now rumors of Wonder Woman 1984 might jump ship and go to VOD. We will have to wait and see.
