Ahoy Captain Cats here and today we are going to look at the second issue in the 4 part mini-series Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team and see if keeps up with the world in Night City.

The issue picks up where the first issue left off, but with a twist. We see Nadia being investigated by the same person from the first issue and this time we see what was going on during her first day back on the job. We see her team pinned down, while hoards of gang members are trying to kill Apex, the assassin who killed her first team, who requested for Trauma Team. From here we see Nadia have flashbacks and almost a nervous breakdown while all of this is going on and in the end, we are left with another cliffhanger.

This was great, the pacing, the story, and seeing what Nadia is thinking about all of this is something different but good. If Bunn didn’t throw in Nadia’s meltdown this issue would have been ok, but disappointing because there are so much more then just gunfights in the world of Cyberpunk 2077. Let us see if the third issue can outdo this issue.
