Ahoy Captain Cats here and today is a big one. Hideo Kojima released a full trailer of his next video game project that he has been working for sometime with a official release date and that game is Death Stranding.

This game was first announced back in 2016 with its first teaser trailer and no one had no ideal what was going on and what type of game it was going to be, later that year we saw a second teaser trailer and it was more out of this world than anything. In December of 2017 at the Game Awards the world saw the third teaser trailer and it went dark until now. Before the trailer was released Kojima had this to say about the game:

People have created “Walls” and become accustomed to living in isolation. Death Stranding is a completely new type of action game, where the goal of the player is to reconnect isolated cities and a fragmented society. It is created so that all elements, including the story and gameplay, are bound together by the theme of the “Strand” or connection. As Sam Porter Bridges, you will attempt to bridge the divides in society, and in doing create new bonds or “Strands” with other players around the globe. Through your experience playing the game, I hope you’ll come to understand the true importance of forging connections with others. – Hideo Kojima

With E3 a week away we might find out more about the game and maybe a live demo, but the one thing the trailer did give us was an official release date for the game, November 8, 2019.
