POP TEAM EPIC special – Last years crazy runaway hit POP TEAM EPIC, will have a 2 episode special airing on April 1 aka April fools day. This could be a joke, but Sentai Filmworks announced they had licensed the specials. We’ll have to wait and see what’s going to happen with Popuko and Pipimi IF the special episode ends up being a massive joke to all of us.

New Goblin Slayer episode announced – The official Goblin Slayer website just announced that a new episode on last year’s tour de force dark fantasy series. The new episode is titled “GOBLIN’S CROWN.” No word yet on when this episode will be released.

Cells at Work! Will have a second season – last year summer hit series Cells at Work! Is going to have a second season. The news about this came from the official Twitter account and more information about the second season will be available on a later date.

Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki will be turned into a Stage Play – During AnimeJapan 2019, AIC stated that the series would be adapted into a stage play. The long-running OVA series started back in 1992 and became a massive hit in Japan and across the world, many even credited it for putting anime on the map in the 90’s in the USA and was the first anime to be aired on Cartoon Network.
