Prima Games closes its door for good in 2019

Ahoy me mateys Captain Cats here. Sad news to report today with the news that Prima Games is closing its door in 2019.

According to Variety, the gaming strategy guide company is said to discontinue in 2019 but will honor all the pre-order for guides that will be coming out within the next few months. Currently, they have three offices in California, Indiana and New York; the California offices will be closing sometime this month while the Indiana offices will be open till March 2019 and there is no word on when the New York offices will close.

Prima Games first hit the bookshelves to the gaming community back in 1990, and in 2013 it merged with BrandyGames, Prima Games main competitor to become the largest video game strategy guide, provider.
