Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team Comic Series Announced

Ahoy Captain Cats here, and today we have some Cyberpunk 2077 news for you.

CD Projekt RED made an official announcement on the Cyberpunk 2077 main site that they are creating a comic series spin-off series like how they are doing with Studio Trigger with Dark Horse Comics. The name of the series is called Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team and CDPR gave the synopsis of what the series is going to be about:

“Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team welcomes you into a world a deceit, greed, and desolation. Nadia, a citizen of Night City and the sole survivor of a failed rescue mission for the Trauma Team International corporation. After she agrees to continue work for an upcoming extraction mission, Nadia and her new team find themselves in an even more dangerous and life-threatening situation. Soon they’ll discover Trauma Team is not what it seems.” – CDPR

The series creative team will be writer Cullen Bunn (Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe and Harrow Country), artist Miguel Valderrama (Giants), colorist Jason Wordie (Abbott and Undone By Blood), and letterer Frank Cvetkovic (The Black Wraith, The House and Nenetl of the Forgotten Spirits).

Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team #1 will hit the comic book shelves on September 9 of this year, and once its out will have a review of it and tell you what we think.
