Ahoy Captain Cats here and today we are going to talk about what we know so far about the next Netflix Adult Animation series from Lisa Hanawalt, Tuca & Bertie.
According to Netflix, the series is about two 30-year-old bird-women who are best friends that live in the same apartment building and help each other in their ups and downs of their personal life. As of now, we know the actors who will be voicing some of the characters in this new series and they are:
- Tiffany Haddish as Tuca
- Ali Wong as Bertie
- Steven Yeun as Speckles
We also know that it will be done by the same studios that work on Bojack Horseman, The Tornante Company and Shadowmachine. Even to what you think, no Tuca & Bertie is not a spin-off or will do a crossover with Bojack Horseman, Tuca & Bertie is its own thing.
Tuca & Bertie will be on Netflix on May 3 of this year, and we’ll have a review of it once it is out.
