Netflix and WB sued by The Satanic Temple

Ahoy me mateys Captain Cats here. The Satanic Temple, a nontheistic religious and political activist group from Salem, Massachusetts is suing both Netflix and Warner Brothers (WB for short) over the use of one of their deity.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Satanic Temple slapped Netflix and WB with a $50 million lawsuit for “copyright and defamed Baphomet, an androgynous goat-headed deity” in the series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. You can see a statue of Baphomet during the scenes Sabrina Spellman is at The Academy of Unseen Arts.

I don’t know what might happen, but I hope this doesn’t get ugly and all parties end up looking bad at the end of this lawsuit. If any more news of this comes out, we’ll try our best to report it and let you all know ASAP.
